We are seeking a collaborative and results-oriented professional who helps communicate business performance and client satisfaction through standard reporting and ad hoc analytics, including return on investment. The Analytics Account Manager is responsible for ensuring meaningful, quality and accurate monthly and quarterly reports are produced for Premise Health’s client base and responding to operational and client requests ad hoc. The candidate must have analytical acumen combined with excellent communication, organization, and resource allocation skills. Successful candidates must be able to function effectively in a constantly changing environment and be skilled at complex problem-solving with minimal oversight. 

This is a Full Time, remote Analytics Account Manager role.

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for ensuring that accurate, quality, recurring external reporting is delivered to assigned book of business 
  • Acts as the main point of contact for an entire region from a client reporting perspective 
  • Establishes and deepens relationships with internal account management teams to deliver meaningful insights; meet with Operations regularly to understand the desired focus of client-facing reports 
  • Follows site / client openings and closures and ensures the onboarding of reporting is consistent and smooth 
  • Compiles and maintains account information within the client profile 
  • Responsible for tracking KPIs for clients and making recommendations for improving performance   
  • Educates operations and client on various metrics and the impact of them to the overall performance of the health center  
  • Supports the proactive identification of customer needs and potential issues 
  • Participates in user acceptance testing and QA testing on new reports and metrics 
  • Monitors the internal regional dashboard and ticket log  
  • Attends ad hoc approval calls with leadership 
  • Sustains processes surrounding ticketing; make recommendations for improvement 
  • Supports Analytics leadership by troubleshooting, analyzing, or assisting in research activities as needed 
  • Coordinates and synthesizes feedback on reports and tools from all end users for continuous improvement  
  • Assists with the ongoing enhancements to reports and tools 

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree, healthcare (health administration, public health, medicine), and substantial quantitative coursework with demonstrated academic excellence or equivalent work experience. 
  • At least 3 years of work experience in strategic and consultative relationships; prefer experience in healthcare 
  • At least 5 years of work experience working in complex environments and understanding business processes/systems 
  • Familiarity with EMRs a plus 
  • Experience interpreting business questions and data, leading analytical efforts and delivering outcomes to a variety of stakeholders 
  • Ability to think strategically and utilize all available resources to solve complex problems with minimal oversight 
  • Desire to work in highly collaborative role and interface with many teams and departments throughout the organization  
  • Strong written and verbal communicational skills and ability to build successful relationships both internally and externally (client); this role demands clear and concise communication   
  • Must be a proactive, self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and stay exceptionally organized 
  • Advanced Excel skills required; must have a strong affinity for working with data and communicating findings 
  • High level of comfort with data related to various metrics (clinical outcomes, operational, financial) and ability to understand and translate data to various audiences with ease; this is not a highly technical role but must have quantitative interests and understanding

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $72,000.00 - $82,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. 


For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
