About the role:
We are seeking a collaborative and results-oriented professional who helps drive business performance and client satisfaction through analytics. The Analytics Account Manager must have analytical acumen combined with excellent communication skills. Analytics Account Manager’s maintain a thorough understanding of Premise organizational and site-specific goals plus client priorities to provide clear and accurate messaging to client. The role is highly relational and successful candidates will have a passion for healthcare, data and customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Establish and deepen relationships with assigned internal stakeholders for client accounts and client by understanding their business objectives and all aspects of site functions. Regularly communicate with Operations and other relevant parties to maintain knowledge of each site.
- Collaborate with various internal teams (financial, strategic, operational, technical) to meet the analytical needs of the client.
- Educate operations and client on various metrics and the impact of them to the overall performance of the health center.
- Lead troubleshooting and information gathering efforts to explain disconnects between data points from varying systems; maintain a solid understanding of the internal landscape to navigate complex data issues and business questions.
- Collaborate with internal analytics team to meet client needs for standard reporting and ad hoc requests.
- Proactively anticipates client needs through analytics and identifies potential performance issues or areas for opportunities to improve.
- Understand Premise products and keep up with the evolution of new products as the company grows and evolves.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years work experience in strategic and consultative relationships; prefer experience in healthcare
- At least 5 years work experience working in complex environments and understanding business processes/systems
- Familiarity with EMRs a plus
- Experience interpreting business questions and data, leading analytical efforts and delivering outcomes to a variety of stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Must be a self-starter, proactive, possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional, matrix environment with high level of problem-solving skills with limited supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communicational skills and ability to build successful relationships both internally and externally (client); this role demands clear and concise communication.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to meet the analytical needs of the client; must be able to interact with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and utilize all available resources to deliver quality client facing analytics.
- High level of comfort with data related to various metrics (clinical outcomes, operational, financial) and ability to understand and translate data to various audiences with ease; this is not a highly technical role but must have quantitative interests and understanding.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities and maintain flexibility.

Compensation is between $72,000.00 to $82,000.00 annually. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement. Benefits offered to part-time team members include 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and annual CEU/CME allowance. PRN team members may also enroll in 401K.
