- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
- Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable insights.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and clarify objectives.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and business cases to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of business analysis artifacts such as use cases, user stories, and process diagrams.
- Work closely with IT and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT, gap analysis, BPMN) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of project management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like Visio, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
- Curiosity about how organizations function and deliver value
- Ability to think critically and translate business needs into clear documentation.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
