Premise offers a wide range of dynamic, purpose-driven career opportunities. We are seeking a full-time, Sourcing Supervisor to join our Talent Acquisitions team. This is a remote opportunity to lead a team of direct reports who source and screen healthcare professionals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Directs and coordinates daily team activates and ensures workload is balanced
- Oversees the requisition cycle and proactively provides strategic consultation to hiring managers.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations Leadership to implement sourcing strategies and best practice
- Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques, screen and/or interview candidates and provide recommendations regarding applicant consideration and candidate selection.
- Partners with Recruitment Marketing Manager and third party Responsible for assisting with creation of job specific recruitment marketing materials and executing on marketing campaigns
- Meet and exceed recruitment performance metrics (hires, days to hire, candidate experience, offer accepts, hires completed on project timeline, referral percentage, hiring manager or project satisfaction, etc.)
- Experience sourcing using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual, Entelo, Talent Discovery etc.
- Utilize a variety of social media channels to attract talent including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap Chat, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting talent
- Think creatively about recruiting processes and procedures to help maintain a talent pipeline which will support our growth over the coming years
- Provide a stellar candidate experience and develop strong relationships with candidates
- Attend networking events to source talent, including job fairs, professional conferences and open house events.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the business lines and their competitive landscape.
- Adheres to Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Develops knowledge of current market place and trends to ensure competitive hiring.
- Ensures accurate reporting and data management in talent acquisition systems.
- May require other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional work experience with a minimum 1 year of management experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with a heavy focus on candidate sourcing techniques. Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing talent.
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing technologies (Entelo, Hiretual, 1-Page etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing techniques such as advanced Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, and use of sources including GitHub, Reddit and SlideShare
- Strong Social Media skills, including utilizing and actively participating in Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, Instagram, etc. to generate leads
- Experience with CRM and Recruitment Marketing systems and processes
- Previous experience conducting data analysis/metric reporting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
- Knowledge of interview assessment techniques, such as behavioral-based interviewing.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems including Jobvite, iCIMS and Taleo (Jobvite preferred)
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Experience w/ Office, Outlook, Chrome, Chrome extensions, Windows 10
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community and with vendors.
- Strong analytical thinking skills required
- Effective written and verbal communication with strong story telling skills
- Fast paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment; self-motivated
- Willingness and eagerness to be creative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focused
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Compensation is between $80,000 - $86,000. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement.
