About the role:  We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Visualization Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights through effective data visualization and reporting. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in data analysis, strong knowledge of visualization tools, and the ability to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.


Essential Functions:

  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Create compelling, interactive, and visually appealing dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to communicate key performance metrics and business insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and IT, to understand their data needs and deliver customized reports and visualizations.
  • Clean, organize, and structure raw data for analysis by using SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop, track, and optimize performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of business strategies.
  • Automate recurring reports and dashboards, ensuring that data is always up to date and available in real-time for decision-makers.
  • Present findings and visual reports to executives and other key stakeholders, providing recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, visualization designs, and data analysis techniques to enhance the quality and accessibility of insights.
  • May require other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in data visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Power BI certification) preferred.
  • 3- 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on data visualization.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) preferred.


Preferred Experience: 

  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple data sources, perform data integration, and clean large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually impactful reports.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of machine learning or advanced statistical analysis techniques is a plus.
