The Digital Marketing Specialist transforms marketing data into actionable insights, enabling the marketing organization to demonstrate ROI, optimize performance, and support enterprise-wide digital governance. This role manages analytics, reporting, and marketing technology integrations, and supports privacy/compliance tracking across all externally facing digital properties.


This is a full time, hybrid Digital Marketing Specialist role located in Brentwood, TN.


What You'll Do

    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and marketing ROI for internal and cross-functional stakeholders.

    Manage marketing technology integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo Marketing OS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

    Support privacy and compliance tracking for all digital marketing activities, partnering with IT and legal as needed.

    Analyze campaign, website, and lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    Provide analytics support for member/consumer marketing, talent acquisition, and sub-brand digital properties, ensuring unified reporting and measurement.

    Conduct competitive and industry research to inform digital marketing strategy and maintain subject matter expertise in B2B digital trends.

    Assist in lead management, scoring, and qualification processes.


What You'll Bring

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or related field preferred.

    3-5+ years of digital marketing analytics experience.

    Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).

    Proficiency with analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).

    Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
