About the role: The Business Application and Delivery team at Premise Health implements and supports all non-clinical applications for the company and its subsidiaries. Our team partners with various departments including Sales for CRM and Proposal software solutions, Finance & Accounting for financial, payroll, time & attendance and budgeting & reporting applications, with Human Resources for employee and manager self-service, recruiting and on boarding applications and the Credentialing team for the applications that support their work. The team also creates and supports the processes that integrates data between many of these applications.
The Senior HRIS Analyst position will be part of the HRIS team that is responsible for
the implementation and support of all HRIS related systems which include products for
applicant tracking, learning management, onboarding, employee & manager self-service, time & attendance, and payroll.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain close relationships with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Operations (HR Ops) teams and act as an advisor for technology and related processes
- Proactively review existing technology to identify and recommend areas of opportunity
- As TA/HR Ops and Analytics teams develop key metrics, design, support, and coordinate reporting and dashboards within Avature, act as Tier 4 support for end-user questions through ServiceNow (ticketing system)
- Perform advanced functions within Avature to include but not limited to: workflow building and maintenance, adjustments to existing portals and wizards, creating custom reports, lists, views & dashboards
- Manage HRIS-related projects, including leading cross functional or vendor meetings, identifying critical deadlines and coordinating training and communications
- Monitor functionality as part of new releases and partner with HR, Payroll and IT to coordinate system upgrades or scheduled activities
- Manage vendor relationships
- Partner with HRIS Architect on implementation of new systems, workflows and/or integrations
- Prioritize work related to projects, process improvements, integrations and implementations
- Monitor and maintain system security in accordance with the principles of HiTrust and audit findings
- Provide guidance in creation of process and training documentation
- Assist as needed with imports/exports
- Perform mentoring and/or coaching to team members and share knowledge amongst all team members
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years HRIS or HR Practitioner experience required
- Experience using Avature (ATS/CRM) or other comparable system (JobVite, iCIMS, Taleo, Workday, etc.) required; Avature is preferred
- System integration experience and ability to comprehend the flow of data and the downstream impact required
- Previous exposure and/or participation with large scale projects preferred
- Experience using UKG Pro preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel required
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization required
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment required
- Working knowledge of HR, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes required

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Illinois, Washington, and New York compensation is $74,000 - $84,000. Please note, this is a general guideline, and your experience qualifications, geographic location, and other factors will be taken into consideration.
