As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Joliet, IL. 

Schedule

  • 40 Hours Per Week
  • Mon & Wed 10:00 am - 7:00 pm; Tue, Thu & Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Closed Daily for lunch 1-hour



What You’ll Do

  • Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
  • Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
  • Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
  • Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
  • Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required 
  • At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $26.00 - $31.00 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
