As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN , you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Madison, WI.

Schedule: 34 hours/week
Monday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
What we are seeking:
We are a small, mission-driven health center seeking a dependable, team-oriented LPN with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a primary care or community health setting
Exceptional phlebotomy skills (required)
Experience in both front and back office responsibilities
Ability to support providers during exams and minor procedures
Proficient in administering injections, collecting and processing lab specimens and drug screens
Comfortable managing patient check-in/check-out, referrals, and other administrative tasks
Epic EMR experience a plus

What You’ll Do
- Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height)
- Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments
- Medication administration including injections, performs laboratory tests, operates EKGs and other diagnostic equipment as permitted by state regulations
- Performs administrative tasks, assists at the front desk, schedules appointments, makes follow-up calls, and orders medical supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required.
- Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
