We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team to join our team in East Aurora, NY on a PRN (as needed) basis at our onsite employer health center. This is a unique opportunity to work in a low-volume, patient-focused clinic environment with no weekends and no major holidays.

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter who thrives working independently
• Able to remain calm and effective under pressure and in emergency situations
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Clinic experience and EPIC EMR familiarity preferred
• ER or urgent care experience strongly desired

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Clinic hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible shifts within that timeframe

Job Requirements: 

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse
• Current hands on Certification in Basic Life Support is required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on scope of contract services.
• At least three years of clinical experience as a LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting.

Preferred Experience: 

• At least three years experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic.  
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.  
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred.

For individuals living in or reporting to New York State, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated New York compensation is $28.00-$35.00 per hour. Please note, this is a general guideline and your experience qualifications, geographic location, and other factors will be taken into consideration.
