The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team and optimizing the sales process. This role will manage sales data, generate reports, analyze sales trends, and assist with sales forecasting.
This is a Full Time, remote Sales Coordinator role located in Brentwood, TN.
What You'll Do
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Support the sales planning function in developing and improving sales processes, systems, and strategies.
• Perform a variety of activities related to the day-to-day operations of the sales function, such as coordinating sales meetings and appointments, preparing sales presentations and proposals and managing sales pipeline progress towards sales quotas.
• Assist analysts in the collection and evaluation of data related to sales trends, pricing, performance metrics, market share, and other sales-related statistics that drive sales performance.
• Perform planning, budgeting, and analysis for the sales organization.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to support sales efforts, such as creating and managing email campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process, suggesting improvements to streamline workflows and enhance sales team productivity.
• Gather and organize data and generate deeper customer insight in order to enhance sales force productivity including conducting competitive research on new sales opportunities
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Detailed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders across varying timelines
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $24.00 - $29.28 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
