About the role:
The Senior Business Systems & Process Analyst is responsible for leveraging expertise in Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, process automation, and understanding the broader Salesforce ecosystem and partner applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and account management processes, process mapping, and redesign, along with strong project management abilities to lead process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required for creating polished reports and presentations, with additional experience in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce CRM Analytics. Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary to synthesize data, present insights, and work effectively with teams across all levels of the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Business process documentation and transformation
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing Sales and Account Development / Operations business processes, creating detailed documentation to capture current-state workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement/transformation across Sales, Account Development / Operations, and supporting business functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, and RFP teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to redesign and implement improved processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Translate business process requirements to technical requirements for Salesforce and other applications
- Design and deliver training to end users on Salesforce capabilities and functionality
- Partner with internal teams to ensure Salesforce functionality aligns with business needs and supports process improvements.
- Lead advanced revenue analytics requests, including monthly executive reporting and preparation of slides for Board of Directors meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics).
Education:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience working with sales and account management business processes, including process mapping and redesign.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and process automation capabilities.
- Understanding of the broader Salesforce ecosystem of partner applications
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead process improvement initiatives from concept to execution.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create polished reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using native Salesforce functionality and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams across all levels of the organization.

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington, and New York compensation is $75,000 - $120,000.
