About the role:

The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for Premise’s incentive plans, partnering on organizational design conversations, research, audits, special projects, and implementing compensation solutions to support our leaders. 


Job Requirements: 

    Collaborates with HR and Sr. leadership on organizational design discussions to align compensation strategies, and career architecture with business objectives. 

    Acts as the point person for Premise’s incentive plans, including calculations and tier 2+ provision interpretations. 

    Conducts regular audits and research to identify areas for improvement in compensation practices. 

    Develops and implements repeatable processes that ensure all compensation practices align with compliance standards.

    Leads or supports special projects related to compensation. 

    Partners with the analytics team on the creation and execution of compensation metrics.

    Provides data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

    Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time.


Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

    Additional HR certifications are a plus. 


Experience:

    5+ years of hands-on experience as compensation analyst or finance analyst. 


Knowledge and Skills:

    Strong understanding of compensation principles, incentive plan structures, and regulatory compliance.

    Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software.

    Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

    Ability to conduct research, analyze information and data and present findings in a concise format.

    Solid interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills required in order to communicate and present across all levels within the organization

    Critical thinking skills and responsive, proactive, consultative work style required.

    Solid mathematics and critical thinking skills and strong ability to focus on detail, while maintaining accuracy.

For individuals living in California, Colorado, Illinois, Washington; as well as, for individuals living in or reporting to New York State only, Premise Health is required to  include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington, and New York compensation is $80,000 - $105,000. Please note, this is a general guideline and your experience qualifications, geographic location, and other factors will be taken into consideration.
